The Dior Cruise 2025 collection is a tribute to the relationship between Monsieur Christian Dior and Scotland. Blending exquisite French craftsmanship with Scottish traditions with souvenirs of the past, the launch of this exclusive collection was held at Drummond Castle in Scotland, an event to honour Dior’s historic ties with Great Britain, notably Princess Margaret’s love for the brand. The collection itself seamlessly merges modern fashion with traditional Scottish elements.
Crafting Exclusivity:
For the first time since 1955, when Christian Dior himself showcased in Scotland, the French couture house returns with a special collaboration. Partnering with Gleneagles and Bags of Ethics, Dior has created a unique tote bag featuring black-and-white photography from the 1955 Cruise Collection.
Sustainable Luxury:
Under Designer Maria Grazia Chiuri’s guidance, every detail of the Dior Cruise 2025 tote bag, from digital printing to stitching and hardware placement, was meticulously executed. This tote bag embodies sustainable luxury, produced by an 80% female workforce using non-toxic REACH-compliant inks on a 100% cotton-canvas base. The collaboration highlights Dior, Gleneagles, and Bags of Ethics’ commitment to responsible luxury, setting a new industry standard. This bag was offered to VIPs and special guests attending the cruise 2025 show.
