When can I expect my order to be dispatched
We dispatch orders every day and will be sending you a tracking notification once the order has left the warehouse. Please wait till the end of the day to track the label even if you have received a notification, as sometimes it takes time for the tracking code to generate on the courier servers. During large promotional times/ media coverage/ holiday seasons our warehouses work round-the-clock but your order might take a little extra time to process (1 – 3 days extra). Where is my order?
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to check on our courier website, either Royal Mail or DPD depending on your delivery country. The delivery timings are 1 – 3 days within the UK and for rest of the world please check the delivery section per product on our site.
How can I return my item?
Please email us to email@example.com with your order number and we will send you the return instructions.
Please note: We cannot refund any used item or items without packaging or packaging which has been tampered with.
Please note: unless the item is faulty we cannot refund return costs.
Please note we do not accept returns on face coverings.
Can I exchange my item?
Once you return your item, we can process a refund and you will be able to place an order for your new items.
How do I cancel my order?
You can ask to cancel your order before dispatch within the next 24 hours after placing your order, Monday Friday from 9am to 5pm. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org Do not contact us via social media for cancellations as you might not experience a delay in communication. The fastest route is to send an email.
When can I expect my refund?
Once your order is cancelled in our system, we ask our payment gateway provider to initiate a refund. This is done instantly. However your card provider – Visa, Mastercard, etc… - might take up to 7 days to credit your card.

You can apply a promo code at the checkout just below the order summary. Please note you can only use one promo code per order. Please read the terms and conditions associated with any promotional codes on the notice you have shared. We forbid any promo codes from appearing on any external third party websites/ social media or any other printed or digital formats. If these are found, this will be reported to Ofcom the communications ombudsman for investigation.
Can I apply more than 1 promo code at a time to a transaction?
Unfortunately the system doesn’t allow to enter more than 1 coupon code at once.
Where are you products made?
Textile products are made in our own factory in Pondicherry, in India. Our factory is award-winning for sustainability and ethical practices and is audited regularly with published audits for members of SEDEX. 90% of the workforce are women, and the inks used are REACH compliant (non-toxic and do not pollute waterways). We have a rain harvesting system and water treatment system at the factory. Any other factories that partner with us are approved via our quality, ethical and environmental standards team.
Where is the cotton used in your products coming from?
India through our network of approved farmers, spinners, and weavers. We have access to Global Recycled Cotton, GOTS certified organic cotton and also revive deadstock fabric into some of our products.
What type of inks are you using?
We use REACH compliant inks and dyes which are approved by our quality control auditors for being non-pollutant to local waterways. For washing information on certain products please check the product care details.
What percentage of sales are you sending to charities?
For each campaign we have separate agreements in place for donating to the charities. The amounts can vary depending on product, retailer, and charity. All charities are registered and donations to them are published in their annual reports.
How do I recycle my Bags of Ethics products
All Bags of Ethics products are intended for a number of reuses (50+ for face coverings) and 5,000+ times for reusable bags, reusable bottles, reusable coffee cups, and textiles. Textile items are compostable, can be donated, or in a clothing recycling bin. Hardware like zips, and pullers please check your local recycling. The packaging is made from recycled materials, and cardboard boxes might have a second life as a swap calendar.
