Gold at European Design Awards 2026 & Silver at World Design Awards 2026 wins.
Bags of Ethics (Supreme Creations), following its Gold at the Better Future: Milan Design Awards 2025, has been further honoured with Gold at the European Design Awards 2026 and Silver at the World Design Awards 2026. These Awards celebrate the brand’s leadership in responsible manufacturing, sustainable materials, and socially conscious design.
Project Overview: Bags of Art & Design
This project, a collaboration between Bags of Ethics (Supreme Creations), Pentagram, and Cass Art, features twelve tote bags made from deadstock cotton, with bespoke pockets and screen-printed artwork for notebooks, brushes, palettes, and A1 folios. Each bag balances functionality, durability, and aesthetic appeal.
A limited-edition Cass Art tote reinforces the commitment to innovation and sustainability. Crafted by an 80%+ female workforce, the bags are inspired by artists’ pigments such as Prussian Blue, Cerulean Blue, and French Ultramarine, blending practical design with artistic heritage.
Sustainability and Impact
Each tote uses upcycled materials, reducing textile waste while offering unique textures and colours. The project empowers women in India through fair wages, skills training, and safe working conditions, promoting long-term social and economic impact. Designed for durability and reuse, the collection supports a circular economy and demonstrates how sustainability can drive innovative design.
Collaborating for a Sustainable Future
Bags of Ethics (Supreme Creations) is keen to partner with brands on projects that upcycle products or use deadstock fabrics, creating high-quality, distinctive designs while reducing waste. Following these recent awards, the brand continues to set benchmarks for responsible, socially impactful design and looks forward to global collaborations that combine creativity, sustainability, and function.
