To return a faulty item, please send us an email to info@bagsofethics.org including the following info:
– your order number.
– the product you wish to return.
– the reason for the return.
From the UK: We will reply to you within the next 48 hours with a return label with relevant instructions.
Please note: only unused and unpacked products can be returned to us.
From outside the UK: We will reply with further instructions to your email.
Refund
A refund will be processed upon the next 48 hours after we receive the returned parcel into our warehouse.
Please note: depending on your card provider, a refund can take up to 7 days to be credited to your card.
